Terms of Service.
Last reviewed: April 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the elionmt.com website. They do not by themselves form the contract for any commodity transaction — such contracts are always concluded through separate written documentation. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The issuer of these Terms
ElionMT is a commodity trading brand based in the province of Québec, Canada. References to “ElionMT”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms are to the ElionMT trading house and any entity it designates to operate the website on its behalf.
General enquiries: info@elionmt.com. Legal notices: info@elionmt.com.
Acceptance and modifications
Accessing the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the new version.
Where we consider a change to be material, we will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Please check this page periodically.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site and to download or print individual pages for personal or internal business reference, provided that you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact and do not modify the content.
Any other use, including commercial redistribution, public display, scraping or automated extraction, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

The “ElionMT” name, the ElionMT logo, and all text, graphics, imagery, video, software and other materials on the site are protected by copyright, trade-mark and, where applicable, database rights. All such rights are reserved.
Nothing on the site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any such material without our prior written consent. Third-party trade marks referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

- Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its underlying systems or any connected accounts.
- Scrape, harvest, index or otherwise extract content from the site by automated means except as permitted by a machine-readable directive we publish.
- Use the site to commit or facilitate fraud, market abuse or the evasion of sanctions.

Service availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the site for operational, security or other reasons, without notice. You are responsible for the connectivity and equipment you use to access the site.
No offer, no solicitation, no advice
The content of this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute:
- an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any commodity, financial instrument or security;
- investment, legal, tax, accounting or trading advice; or
- a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
You must not rely on the content of this site as the sole basis for any decision. You remain solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice and conducting the due diligence appropriate to your circumstances. The site is not directed at any person located in a jurisdiction where its distribution or availability would be unlawful.
Forward-looking statements
Statements on the site that are not historical facts — including outlooks, forecasts, targets and projections — are forward-looking. They involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and assumptions, and actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statement. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Third-party links
Outbound links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, security or privacy practices of any third-party site. Following such links is at your own risk.
User-submitted material
Any material (other than personal information, which is governed by the Privacy Policy) that you submit to us through the site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce and adapt it for purposes consistent with the operation of our business.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or absence of viruses. You use the site at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the limits set by the Civil Code of Québec — in particular article 1474 C.C.Q., which prevents the exclusion or limitation of liability for bodily or moral injury, intentional fault or gross fault — we and our directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damage, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the site.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded in full, our aggregate liability in connection with the site is capped at CAD 100.
Indemnity (business users)
If you use the site in the course of a business activity, you agree to indemnify and hold ElionMT harmless against any third-party claim, loss, cost, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules in the country or province where you reside continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the site. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction. Notices to us should be sent to info@elionmt.com.
